Parking area seemed very safe. The Person who Checked us in was excellent. There happened to be a Girls Volleyball team that was staying there and he gave us a room that was away from any noise that they might have created.

It was nice at the pool stayed open late. The rooms were clean but older style. We ran out of toilet paper because we were only left 2 half rolls.
The outside of the property was very dirty, and the landscaping was dying

My family recently stayed at Best Western Rama Inn and had a pleasant experience overall. The property is in a quiet location, which made for a very peaceful stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests.
However, I do think the rooms could use a little update. The old carpet feels a bit outdated, and I would recommend replacing it with a more modern option like vinyl laminate or regular laminate flooring. This would definitely elevate the room's appearance and comfort.
Despite this, the overall stay was enjoyable, and I would consider returning in the future. Would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a peaceful getaway with friendly service!

Noisy A/C. Low quality coffee maker. Outlets under table lights go off when lights turned off- keeping devices plugger into these from charging, with no notification this would happen.

The room smelled like man sweat the bed looked old and well used and the breakfast wasn’t great. The food tasted dry. The carpets were dirty and stained.

The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was great, with a huge selection of options. There was plenty of parking with a big enough spot for our truck and boat. The front desk peroffered to have the security guard keep an eye on our truck and boat since we were not able to close the back of the truck due to a kayak sticking out the back!

Had an event in soap lake, wa. Would choose to drive the extra 25 minutes to stay in moses lake next time.

一天下来，我们回到房间后，发现门上贴着一张纸条，说出了问题，需要去前台。我去前台和接待员交谈后，他说我们入住时，他们已经把一部分钱退到了我们的账户，并试图让我用另一张卡付款。最后我还是用了同一张卡，付款成功了。我还查了我的银行账户。没有退款。
两天后，我查看了我的银行账户，发现退款仍然没有到账。这意味着我被重复收取了房费。一周后，我回到酒店向他们解释我没有收到退款，他们却告诉我退款需要一周时间，但这根本不可能。之后，那个年轻人还想跟我争辩说已经退款了，我们没有被重复收费。他最后打电话给经理，经理说她已经退款了，但那是在四天之后，也就是说她是在周一上班的时候退款的。我对这家酒店非常不满意，以后绝不会再入住。我们会向市政府举报他们违反了ADA（美国残疾人法案）的规定。正如你在其中一张照片中看到的，电源插座面板后面有一个洞，里面还有几颗长螺丝。这些螺丝就扔在出口外的垃圾桶里。
