Pool wasn’t open. Shower in room didn’t function properly and tub wouldn’t drain properly. Toilet would bot flush properly. Really noisy from hallway traffic and other rooms.

Was very nice and what I expected, the check in was difficult as ******* didn't have the reservation but other than that no complaints and the worker was sweet and tried to be acomodating and helpful! Just made it a bit stressful when I wasn't sure if I had a hotel for the night

Rooms are good, location next to a Boston pizza is handy. Olds is a small town so you are close to everything. Staff was very helpful and friendly when I checked in at a very late hour, they have a big breakfast with lots of options.

Came here for a quick overnight trip on the way to the hospital here. Staff were friendly and accommodating, and the complimentary breakfast was very good.

Beds were very comfortable, nice to have a fridge and microwave in the room. Great breakfast with lots of options and eggs/ waffles made to order. What made this stay a 5 star for me was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff at check in and at breakfast. They should be commended.

房间很干净是唯一的好评。我们来看望孙辈，想在泳池里和他们一起玩。我还升级了房间，订了一间带按摩浴缸的套房，晚上可以泡澡。我们一晚付了230英镑，但泳池正在装修，没能用，直到我进门才被告知。更糟糕的是，按摩浴缸坏了。退房时想跟酒店经理沟通，但经理不在，洗衣房的工作人员帮我办理了退房手续。我们以后还会再来奥尔兹玩，但不会住在这家酒店了。
