Our room had not been cleaned in a very long time! Mold in the bathroom, all surfaces were very dirty and sticky. There were flies and when we killed them more showed up but we don’t know where from. Stains on sheets and blankets. Bed headboards were FILLED with imprints and were sticky

Good place in a great town, but average accomodati
Breakfast food was hot, good, and varied. Bed was average comfort. Room was spacious, but loud at night and noisy if fan was not on continuously. Connected restaurant was very good.

********** booked us a king room as per our request. Not only were there no kings available they had been booked for months in advance because of a wedding.

Nice but not modern
The location was great, breakfast was okay. The room - a suite- was spacious but the furnishings were old, carpet a bit tattered. The lobby and hallways were fresh and clean- more modern than the rooms.

The hotel was easy to find and had convenient (free) parking in a garage accessible with our room card. We ate at Junior’s, the hotel restaurant, for dinner and both the food and service were good. Our room was spacious and clean, though the decor and furniture were a bit dated. Free breakfast was nothing to write home about. Overall, we had a good stay.

房间和我们预订的完全不一样——两张大床而不是一张特大床，热水浴缸也坏了。虽然我们办理入住时特意提到这是我们最期待的，但酒店工作人员却只字未提。我们试图入睡时，窗外正播放着现场音乐，房间里的空气质量差到我们恨不得立刻开窗。即使音乐停了，直到凌晨两点，外面和走廊里仍然传来嘈杂的人声。空调的散热片上长了霉，这大概就是我伴侣对霉味过敏的原因。这家酒店似乎只是仗着地理位置优越才勉强维持运营。最令人恼火的是，我们来这里是为了参加葬礼，原本以为多花点钱预订丽笙酒店就能确保入住舒适无忧。结果，我们花了200多美元，却只住了短短一晚，真是令人失望。于是我们退房，搬到了另一家漂亮的乡村旅馆，在那里我们不仅能享受到特大床和室内按摩浴缸，价格还只有这家酒店的一半。我不会再犯相信丽笙酒店品牌的错误了。
我们开了四个半小时的车才到这里，大约中午12:30到达。入住时间是下午3:00。酒店前台告诉我们房间都订满了，或者清洁人员还没来得及打扫。不过，酒店前台还是帮我们提前一个小时办理了入住，我们当时参加婚礼也快迟到了，所以非常高兴。婚礼结束后，又开了一整天的车，酒店给我们留下了非常美好的印象，住得很舒服。酒店员工也很棒。感谢你们让我们度过了美好的一天，也感谢你们提供的舒适住宿。
当你掀开被子准备睡觉时，发现床单上竟然有深色污渍，而你正要钻进去睡觉！这样的房间，真的很难给超过1分的评价！任何人都不可能铺床时没注意到这些污渍——我们跟前台反映后，值夜班的先生还算好心，把床单拿过来让我们自己铺床再睡！可是早班前台的人却说她无能为力，因为*******已经付过房费了！真的无能为力吗？你们刚才说已经收到房费了，现在却不能补偿我这令人无法接受的不便！我们付了300美元一晚的房费，这就是房间的清洁程度吗？！
