The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel seemed to be having some electrical issues as the elevator was not working. This was an inconvenience for us because we are senior citizens, were on the second floor and had heavy luggage. We are senior citizens. Also, several of the lights in our room could not be turned off so we had to unplug them.

Lovely staff
Liked the spacious room, very comfortable bed & had a fridge, microwave & coffee maker. The shower was hot enough but showerhead needs a bit of descaling.
Breakfast ok but fairly minimal.
The room was near a very noisy exterior door so heard people leaving from very early in the morning.
Lots of room for parking.

My stay was fine except we had no shower curtain and our refrigerator was not working. Problem was solved. Rest of visit was just fine.

The stay was good. My brother shared room with me his bed had stained sheets which were changed out quickly. But he had 2 Nike shoe boxes on his bed and one of the boxes was thrown away by housekeeping. My stay was good he said he will find someone where else to stay in April 2026 when we will come back

There were small roaches in the 1st room we stayed in, and there was noise that sounded like a dumpster hitting the ground about 10 times an hour in the 1st room on the 2nd floor. On the 3rd floor, it was cleaner and the noise was less.

Suite was not even what you would consider a suite! Very small ( hard ) couch in a really small room. Lamp had no light bulb, desk lamp had no outlet to plug it in, rug was stained and to top it off, they had the rudest women at the front desk! Never again would we stay there!!! Not worth saving $20.

Would stay again!
Clean room with refrigerator and microwave. Beds and pillows were soft. Staff was friendly and helpful.

我们去了三楼的320房间，那是新装修的。大部分灯都没有插电，淋浴还漏水。房间倒是干净整洁，就是看起来没人预料到会有客人入住。
我们起床时，因为大堂关闭，所以没有早餐。
我知道应对翻修会很困难，但这家酒店的一切都显得草率且管理不善。
