Lobby was a little smokey and doors to enter were a bit narrow when carrying luggage, but not a make-or break situation. Some amenities were available in one of the rooms on the 3rd floor, such as shampoo, bodywash, and lotion, but not in another room on the 4th floor. We stayed 2 nights, and housekeeping made beds and brought new towels. Breakfast was fabulous with lots of options including corned beef hash and waffles. Coffee was hot and good. Nice pool outside.

Check in was easy n smooth, arriving to room noticed it smelled clean, however a women was standing in hallway and was very HIGH off of something as she was in a zombie state, later that night was when yo yo loud banging on the door from toom across from me. IT WAS THE POLICE! Insisting the door be open. This went on for about 20min at 12:30am. Next day more banging on doors, also for breakfast notice a worker cleaning off the food area for the free fo though she had gloves on I did see her clean Roth these gloves remove trash with these gloves on n then witnessed her touch the bread in the bread box that everyone was eating. Decided not to eat here. Also never received my deposit money. Still waiting 2 weeks later. Was disappointed as am from the area n didn’t expect this in this end of the city. But.. will never stay here again.

Cleanliness and food safety are priorities for us, and we take your observation seriously. We will address this issue with our team and reinforce proper sanitary procedures through additional training to ensure this does not happen again.Regarding your deposit, You checked in on Saturday the 20th and checked out on the 22nd, this was just one day ago, not two weeks. Security deposit holds take up to a week to release. I would imagine by the end of the month, if not sooner, you'll see the hold released from your account. Incidental holds are very standard in hotels.We're sorry that this has poorly impacted your experience, we hope to make it up to you in the future if you'd be willing to try again.

I booked a double room with a jacuzzi tub and was given a single room with no Jacuzzi tub. Then when I reached out to hotels for support on the issues they didn’t want to help and couldn’t even pull up the correct reservation kept saying a book 2 twin beds when in the picture of the reservation I sent him it said 1 double room with king bed. Absolutely horrible experience and will most likely never book with hotels again.
