Room was very clean. We arrived late at night and booked it last minute. The lady at the desk was friendly and informative. At breakfast the food was exactly as expected for free breakfast. I would definitely stay there again if I was passing through.

Overall, my stay was decent. 3 things rhat were bothersome. Layjng in bed watching a TV and spotted a june bug crawling on the comforter. No worries, I rehomed it. There is definitely mold on the showerhead (Room 311). Lastly, the body wash was leaking from the bottle attached to the wall, so I nearly slipped on the body wash puddle that had formed .But customer service was good, nice aized room and the mattress and pillows were comfortsble.

The lady who checked us in at 8:00pm was very nice and very helpful. We weren't as crazy about the day time desk people. The room was clean and comfy, and the breakfast was very good.

The lady at the front desk(i'm so upset i forgot to ask her name) helped us tremendously. My elderly mom booked rooms but i thought she didn't (shame on me) so i booked the same rooms before going inside. I was driving. This lady actually took the extra effort to get in touch with the GM(its company policy) to ask if i contacted the 3rd party booking company they would approve the refund. Mind you, we DID and WERE staying there. But my booking was a better deal(room choices). It took some work on my side, more than theirs but they did do what they said. They approved her refund. Again, it was a double booking situation. I wouldn't have expected that if we didn't stay. That was our 1st night on a 6 night trip. We learned our lesson and because of her and that GM, we will talk about this hotel for years to come. Excellent staff. Rooms were also great. But customer service is a big deal to someone who works in customer service and know this could have went a different way and rightfully so. It was after all, my mistake. But i'm so glad we stayed there. Its a fantastic place! Zero complaints! Thank you!!
