The lady at the front desk(i'm so upset i forgot to ask her name) helped us tremendously. My elderly mom booked rooms but i thought she didn't (shame on me) so i booked the same rooms before going inside. I was driving. This lady actually took the extra effort to get in touch with the GM(its company policy) to ask if i contacted the 3rd party booking company they would approve the refund. Mind you, we DID and WERE staying there. But my booking was a better deal(room choices). It took some work on my side, more than theirs but they did do what they said. They approved her refund. Again, it was a double booking situation. I wouldn't have expected that if we didn't stay. That was our 1st night on a 6 night trip. We learned our lesson and because of her and that GM, we will talk about this hotel for years to come. Excellent staff. Rooms were also great. But customer service is a big deal to someone who works in customer service and know this could have went a different way and rightfully so. It was after all, my mistake. But i'm so glad we stayed there. Its a fantastic place! Zero complaints! Thank you!!

The front desk gal , I didn’t catch her name but she was great , she worked second shift , very nice and accommodating with my needs and questions.

This morning at 7:45 am the carbon monoxide alarm started chirping in my room and startled me. I called the front desk and it took them 20 minutes to come to my room 4 doors down the hall to change out the alarm. There was no sense of urgency to correct the problem.

Mediocre hotel with great service
The service and accommodations were completely reasonable.
You can tell they had some people work on things and the quality wasn’t great. Craftsmanship left quite a bit to be desired

This was a very clean place. It is outdated a bit, but clean! Staff was very helpful! Breakfast was great.

Clean beds, clean bathrooms, clean lobby. Not much to complain about . The only thing is that breakfasts were seriously lacking. There didn’t seem to be anyone to keep food available till 9:00am. There also didn’t seem to be anyone to wipe down the tables. Not sure why but they may just have been short staffed.
