Room 408 was a loud and big group from 10:30 pm - 1:30 am and doing questionable activities that we could hear. Not able to sleep at all.

Our room was great. Front desk staff are not friendly accept the lady in the kitchen, she was nice but that didnt matter to me because the hotel itself was so clean and well kept. Our room was so comfortable. We practically melted into that king size bed. Sheets were clean. I love this hotel very much. Also one more thing i never encountered before that kind of upset me at first was the fact that I had to pay in advance when ******* gave me the option to pay once I get to the property. The same morning they sent me a message saying they will cancel my room if I didnt pay now. If I knew that would be the choice than i would have saved a few bucks and use the pay now option on ******* instead of paying at the property so FYI if you are booking pay later is probably not a good option with this hotel. Anyways we will definitely come back regardless of those little hiccups.

I really can't rate much about this property because they canceled my booking before I even showed up and tried to say it was ******* that canceled the booking. In ******* looking into the reservation they still had me booked for the place. In the end the property stated that they canceled due to my payment not being made even though I had a pay at property reservation. As we were 4 hours away from home I ended up having to book a whole new hotel and pay more. I will NEVER recommend this hotel.
