I was nervous after reading reviews a couple of days before my travel and wanted to cancel. I am happy that I didn’t. I was satisfied with the property.

The room was clean however the hotel seems a bit under staffed. Most of the front desk workers were not very friendly- as in they did not smile or make us feel like we were welcome in the hotel.
We had to go to the front desk to get towels, our room was not cleaned and the sheets for the pull out couch did not fit the mattress. Also the mattress on the pull out couch was in poor condition and was very uncomfortable.
The hotel itself did look nice and it was close to restaurants and stores which was nice. I might book here again because we enjoyed having a separate bedroom and the small kitchen area but if I found another hotel with the same amenities I would definitely check that one out first.

Just ok
The stay was ok. Extra bedding was not in the room and the phone didn't work so had to go down to the front to request some, not a big deal and it was brought up quickly. Took the kids swimming and there were no towels. We were told to use our room ones..ok. When I requested replacements (the room only had 2 towels for a 4 person occupancy) I was told I would have them by morning. They never came. The hotel worked for a quick stay but probably will not stay there again.

The hotel was fine. It could use some maintenance (caulk around the toilet) and small things like that. Everything was fine except that check in was at 3 and we arrived at 4:10 and there was not a room ready. We were told to wait a few minutes for an update. After 25 minutes and no update, I went to the desk and was told the room was ready. It was annoying because there was big group watching a football game in the lobby and they were incredible loud. I expected to be able to check right in as we there full hour after check in. They did give us a free pass for breakfast in the morning, but that was useless since we already had a breakfast planned.

This hotel was right off the highway so super convenient. It was clean has a restaurant and bar inside where the staff is super sweet and helpful. Beds are comfortable. Air worked great.Stayed 3 nights would stay again!

Staff At check in was rude. He was aggressively arguing with another patron about Wi-Fi. Wouldn’t have been a problem but he started my registration then got side tracked and I couldn’t walk away because he had my information and cards.

Staff was professional and courteous. Comfy bed. Flexible check-in. Disappointed that no free continental breakfast was offered, though. Was surprised by a $50 “security deposit” that they charged (though they said it would be put back on my account); must be I didn’t read the fine print. This fee, however, didn’t effect my stay so I kept it at 5 stars.
