Very nice hotel great room and nice staff also had an excellent breakfast I only had one issue which should not reflect on the hotel there was a very large religious gathering of people/familes with beards and bonnets who spent a lot of time slamming doors but this doesn’t reflect on it being a great hotel just unlucky with booking time

Nice hotel. How about some hot water.
Rooms and staff were great. The hot water issue was not good. Taking a cold shower is not great. The water would get luke warm and them very cold. Almost 200 bucks a night is high to take a cold shower.

Was amazing one night stay, only thing our room, the shower was handicapped accessible which was fine, but water got on the floor next to the shower, so if your not paying attention you could easily slip and fall

I was not able to make my trip and figure out the hotel because I was diagnosed with Covid at work yesterday. I was told I had to work with you guys on trying to get a refund for the hotel stay.
