干净整洁，位置便利，房间宽敞，早餐也很棒。下次来休斯顿还会选择住这里。
靠近纪念区，位置便利。
工作人员态度冷漠，房间也很吵闹。我预订了两晚，但只住了一晚。楼上的房间整晚都在发出砰砰的响声或东西掉落的声音，一直持续到第二天早上。噪音非常大，让我根本无法休息。我以后绝不会再来了。
糟糕的入住体验
抵达酒店后，我去房间放下行李，发现卫生间脏乱不堪，没有消毒。办理入住后不到5分钟，我就立即下楼告知客服。客服人员立即采取行动，并通知了一位我猜是经理的人。经理似乎有些犹豫，但表示会上去查看。我们外出用餐，大约5-6小时后返回，却发现房间仍然没有打扫过。我立即致电前台告知此事，被告知客房服务人员不在。我表示我们无法接受入住如此不卫生的房间。客服人员表示唯一的选择是换房，但态度非常恶劣，并说如果想要换房，需要自己来拿钥匙，因为我要停用你现在的房间。被安排入住如此脏乱的房间，最终不得不在午夜返回后换房，这让我们非常不满。客服人员态度恶劣，却没有任何作为。入住体验非常糟糕，我们拒绝吃早餐，因为那里似乎并不重视卫生。
咖啡机坏了，我去洗澡才发现房间里没有吹风机。所以如果你时间很紧，需要合理安排时间，最好晚上把这些东西都检查一遍。最后我只好跟隔壁两间房的人换了咖啡机，因为负责咖啡机的人要到九点才来，而我八点半就要出门开会。
工作人员反应迟钝，饮用水也快用完了。早餐本应7点开始，但直到8点都没有热早餐。当我们询问早餐何时准备就绪时，前台一脸不悦地出来，挂了个牌子：“目前没有热早餐，给您带来不便，敬请谅解。” 我真没想到这家价格不菲的酒店会是这样。
前台工作人员在办理入住时脾气很暴躁，退房时房间里有点异味。
这对这家连锁酒店来说是一个很大的问题，因为在我看来，他们一直提供优质的服务……这次真是令人难过。
酒店走廊里弥漫着一股汗臭味和尿骚味……
我们入住时房间还不错……但一旦打开空调，房间里就充满了霉味……我们越冲马桶，浴室里就越有股腐肉味。
前台的女士们很有礼貌，但我不推荐这家酒店。
床的上方天花板被剪掉了，床也破旧不堪。床垫也凹陷得很厉害。我被它从一处挪到另一处，最后又掉回了那个坑里，根本没休息。
