酒店回复: Thank you for your review. We do apologize for the inconvenience you incurred while here at our hotel. Management has already talked to the housekeeping regarding the cleanliness of the rooms. Also, our pet fee did increase from 15 to 25 plus tax and unfortunately it was not updated on the ******* website. I did check a few hotels nearby and they have a 75 non-refundable pet deposit on top of the pet fee.
