I have been to numerous Hotels, but few with the level of personal attention, from employees toward guest experiences. The Hotel is clean, and neatly decorated. Location with parking is a reward downtown, and their Security is apparent, here. The rooms are spacious, the bathrooms stocked with items, and housekeeping was diligent. I came for MD Anderson Cancer care, and a bit of respite, which I found here during my week's stay. The breakfast is substantial, and varied. The choices were voluminous and of quality. The beds were comfy, the pillows just right, and I looked forward to interactions, with their friendly staff. As a solo traveler, safety is of paramount importance, and "SureStay," delivered in every manner. I look forward to my return next month, and feel gifted to have found such a friendly vibe, in a busy city. Great job by all (!) and your shuttle bus to Medical facilities, made my visits carefree! Look no further, if needing an exceptional stay, and a value unmatched elsewhere! Shout out to, Michelle, Jessica, Jaylin R., Candace L., EvelinT., Griselda H., and Driver, Chris. Were looking for an affordable place to stay for a family of four. Very good experience & stay, friendly staff. free breakfast with a variety of choices. Affordable pricing.Would strongly recommend if you have to manage your budget.Cleanliness on par with other more expensive places.

In short, do not go here if you have any other options. I booked a queen suite for our family of 5 because our usual hotel was booked, but we left immediately and did not stay. The room we were given smelled like smoke and air freshener to mask it. The couch and other furniture pieces were filthy and peeling. The sink was actually coming off the wall. I was expecting a budget, no frills hotel stay, not gross smells and broken furniture. My husband requested another room and the next one smelled badly of mold/mildew, so we left immediately .This whole place needs to be gutted. This should have been priced at $40/night to reflect the condition of the hotel.

还行，整体还行，有些老人来看病，住在酒店
酒店位置很便利，离MD Anderson医院等地方都很近。服务还行，但算不上出色。
圣诞度假有幸入往了营业最后2天即关门歇业的酒店。入住时前台还交待早餐供应到9：30，结果第2天早餐没了！问前台说第2天要歇业了所以没早餐了，通知早已发送叭啦叭啦…幸好是大平台预订的酒店，虽然影响了些行程和心情，但是携程海外管家极其负责，人生地不熟的番邦异地就是强大后盾，在此再次感谢管家小清！
