That said, we would like to respectfully clarify a few details that don’t align with our records. We do not allow parties, which you were advised of beforehand and also signed acknowledgment of at check in. The noise complaints coming from your room made it necessary for the staff to ask that the noise be held at a level that was respectful to other guests. Children being left alone in the pool area also warranted intervention from the staff. For safety reasons and respect for guests, we take these issues very seriously and apologize if our urgency to correct these situations was taken as rudeness. That was not our intention. We strive to be transparent and fair with every guest, and we're always happy to address concerns directly and promptly during a stay. There was no mention during your stay of issues in the room. If anything in the room needed attention, we would have gladly addressed that immediately. Upon inspection after your check out, there was no mold or bad smell to be found and the air conditioner was in full working order. There was only remnants of your party. Again, thank you for your feedback.

酒店回复: Thanks for the feedback. Our TVs do work but we are currently upgrading to streaming services and not all rooms have been updated. It is a project that will take until the end of the year. Typically guests do not find upgrades to be annoying but we hope you’ll check back with us and see the improvements we have made!

Everything was great except the cold and hot were reversed in the shower. Everything is was good from breakfast to the room and the stay! Room was better than most we have stayed in the area previously. Would definitely recommend checking them out!

While there was a comfortable bed and decent pool, floors were filthy thru out, didn’t want to touch anything in the elevator, the luggage carts were horrible and our tub drain was super slow. It needs a major deep clean top to bottom!!

住宿条件还可以。电视无法使用,因为他们正在安装新的网络连接,要到 1 月份才能使用。我觉得这很烦人。
