Staff super friendly, pointed out restaurants nearby, the pet area and the pup package was a nice touch! Lots of space, rooms clean and easy space to relax in.

My only disappointment was the quality of the TV streaming. The network did not seem able to handle the data load so movies were often pixelated; rarely frozen, but happened. Also, the beds are the worst for anyone who has neck and back issues but that's pretty typical in the hospitality biz.

Location was convenient for traveling thru Ashland, but not so convenient if you wish to attend the Festival as you have to drive into town.

Room had funky smell to it mold maybe. Mattresses were pretty tore up could feel many lumps under what looked like two mattress covers. Towels were pretty thin had to call down for extras. No extra toilet paper had to call for that too. Check was great guy at desk was super nice and the two times I called desk they were super nice

Appreciated the staff greeting us for our late arrival.
In the room- comfortable and clean. A couple of things: flashing bulb over sinks needs replaced. Trash liners were on so tight that is was impossible to put trash down in the can. Nothing major- we enjoyed our stay.

The room is perfect and the staff was terrific in getting us oriented to the facility and getting us checked in.

Clean, attentive staff, convenient stopping place as we travelled down I-5. EV charging on site a nice perk.

Very picturesque, large hotel, huge breakfast room, nice swimming pool, lots of parking, just off I5, the only downsides were no mini-fridge or microwave in the rooms,
