Had a great stay. Was really close to Tacoma dome which was great after being out Al night at a concert there. Didn’t like that hotel didn’t have stairs and elevator took forever .

我无法按时入住，因为我爸爸被紧急空运到其他地方，而不是我们被告知的塔科马的圣约瑟夫医院，所以妈妈才在那里为我们预订了你们酒店。总之，我爸爸情况危急，性命攸关，但我们根本没住，你们却不肯把钱退给我妈妈。
设施方面，对于预算有限的旅客来说还算可以，酒店的一些基本设施也还不错。
我住在这里是为了去塔科马巨蛋体育馆看演唱会。
酒店离体育馆很近，所以演唱会结束后我能很快回家，对于来看演唱会的人来说是个不错的选择。
但另一方面，附近没有便利店，所以有点不方便。
酒店门口的街上还有一些流浪汉。
为了演唱会方便入住，位于Tacoma Dome 旁，非常近，饭店外直接对着演唱会入场门。但饭店当天旅客太多应付不了，进房间时发现尚未打扫，也无法换房，隔天早餐给餐袋，除了位置方便参加Tacoma Dome活动外，一点也不推荐。
让我不太满意的是，我刚到的时候，接待员对我不太友好。她是一位上了年纪的女士，我没看到她的名字，因为她的名牌被遮住了。当我预订时，我额外支付了 25 美元以提前入住，通知说我最早可以在中午 12 点入住，所以我和家人一起旅行了 5 个多小时，只是想在出去看看城市及其周边环境之前休息一下，但那位女士告诉我，我直到下午 1 点以后才能进去，所以我告诉了她，但已经是下午 1 点几分钟了，而且我付了钱提前进去，她说我不在乎他们告诉你什么，我告诉你你还不能进去，我告诉了她，然后我要了 25 美元，从柜台上的经理那里拿了一张卡片读了一遍，然后她完全改变了态度，开始道歉说房间不干净，但她要和清洁女工核实一下，几秒钟后，她让我进入房间，房间非常干净，为我们准备好了，所以总而言之，当我到达接待处时，这只是一次糟糕的经历，但其他一切都很棒，包括早餐
