As shown in the pictures, there was only a slight green tint in the corners, caused by the pH imbalance due to the exceptional acid rains that affected all of Northern Italy. During those days, there was also a general difficulty in finding the corrective product (pH+), which we had never needed to purchase in the past 15 years. The pool was always usable – in fact, we ourselves, together with our children, swam in it. Had it really been unsuitable, we would have closed it immediately. Moreover, every morning a staff member thoroughly cleans the entire pool area to ensure order and hygiene.As for the sunbeds, every morning they are washed and deliberately placed on their side, so that water can drain off and not stagnate.Regarding the beds visible in some photos, they were simply new furnishings destined for the newly renovated floors, temporarily stored before being placed in the rooms. 酒店回复: Quello che ha scritto è privo di senso e dimostra solo confusione. Prima di tutto, dovrebbe imparare a esprimersi in maniera comprensibile, perché così non si capisce nemmeno cosa voglia dire. In ogni caso, precisiamo che il kit spazzolino e altri articoli di cortesia vengono forniti gratuitamente, basta richiederli in reception. Quanto al resto, definire “motel” una struttura che sta investendo oltre 400.000 € in ristrutturazioni totali, con servizi e accoglienza di livello, è semplicemente ridicolo. 泳池和室外区域看起来不太好。泳池是绿色的，里面漂浮着塑料/垃圾，所以孩子们根本没法在那里游泳。桌椅被扔到/撞到处都是室外区域。真的很不舒服。房间很干净，工作人员也很友好，但不值这个价钱。
太恶心了。酒店脏兮兮的，员工也粗鲁至极。房间里没有毛巾，水槽还在漏水。这可不是贝斯特韦斯特酒店，而是一家简陋且管理不善的酒店。千万别去。
房间里有一张双层床，没有栏杆，无法使用，因为有人会掉下去。早上还有一阵巨大的撞击声，肯定把大家都吵醒了。最好找个更好的酒店，或者干脆留在米兰。
这不是真正的四星级酒店，地板是旧瓷砖铺的，门也很旧，没有牙刷，我没有一对，礼貌是多么疯狂。接待服务非常棒。它看起来更像是一家汽车旅馆而不是酒店。所以我觉得写这是一家四星级酒店是不合适的。我想我不会再回去了
