Wished we had asked for a different room. My fault!
But my family was too tired to move everything after unpacking. The room badly needs the a/c repaired and carpet replaced. Smells very musty and moldy. Floor was wet by the a/c. Carpet in the room looked, smelled and felt dirty on your feet. Otherwise room was clean throughout. Room had VERY comfy beds and looked cleaned in all other areas. Very nice staff!! Check in went VERY SMOOTH and FAST. Loved the fact they had a nice bar and restaurant. Would stay here again, but not in the same room…

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Unfortunately there was an odd smell and the highway noise interfered with our sleep.

Did not appreciate the fact that you didn’t provide shuttle service early enough for us to get to the airport. We had to pay a guest to take us to the airport.

The first time we stayed at this property we didn’t have any issues but this time was not a very good experience at all. The staff (Greg) was anything but helpful, didn’t have any customer service skills or personality and made no effort in resolving our issues. The room was not very clean and the people in the room beside us had very loud music but yet when we tried to get the front desk to address the issue nothing was done. After several phone calls to the front desk AND to the room beside us we finally had to go to the staff to request a different room. We did not have a good experience at all and will not be staying there again in the future.

Good option, with airport shuttle. Not the nicest of hotels but overall, pretty clean, kind staff, great location (within Tanger outlets). Well priced!
