We booked a standard King room and they gave us an accessible room with an impossible shower that flooded the whole bathroom (room 129). There was black mold in the corners of the shower probably because of the excess water. We have stayed at the hotel several times and have not had this bad experience before. Not sure if we will stay there again.

We had an issue with none of the lamps working in our room. A move to another room was all they wanted to offer. After packing and moving a house all day we were tired. We stayed and finally plugged them into the nightstand.
Check in was crazy with 3 people waiting and the young man taking 2 phone calls while trying to deal with lack of towels in one room and confusion on a handicap booking. It was obviously understaffed.

The interstate had closed down so we were stranded and decided to stay at this Holiday Inn. The customer service was fantastic. In just a few minutes we went from super stressed to laughing and relaxing, thanks to the front desk assistant,Malaysia. She was so sweet, professional, and understanding. The entire hotel was clean and it was obviously staffed with caring employees. Now days that is so hard to find. Things just kept getting better when we went down to the hotel bar and got to enjoy Bree's bartending, wonderful personality, and her naturally caring character. When we went to leave the next morning another fantastic front desk gentlemen named Leroy took the time to say good morning and double checked to make sure we were leaving happy. I even ran into a couple of the housecleaners and they too were warm and friendly. Most of the time I cannot even get the grocery store checkers to say Hi and smile, however this Holiday Inn is finding and training their employees - keep up the exceptional work. I highly recommend this Hotel and I am confident your stay will be as great as ours.

The area around the hotel so so loud. We were woken several times with loud music etc. They also advertised an airport shuttle which is why we went with them but they don’t have one. We also had guaranteed a king bed but they hadn’t saved one for us so it was two full beds. Thankful we only stayed for one night.

Wished we had asked for a different room. My fault!
But my family was too tired to move everything after unpacking. The room badly needs the a/c repaired and carpet replaced. Smells very musty and moldy. Floor was wet by the a/c. Carpet in the room looked, smelled and felt dirty on your feet. Otherwise room was clean throughout. Room had VERY comfy beds and looked cleaned in all other areas. Very nice staff!! Check in went VERY SMOOTH and FAST. Loved the fact they had a nice bar and restaurant. Would stay here again, but not in the same room…

大堂非常干净，员工也很有礼貌，但唯一让我失望的是早餐。早餐需要付费，而且端上来的时候已经凉了，鸡蛋也有点干，所以早餐方面我很失望。我不知道现在酒店已经不提供欧陆式早餐了。
房间非常干净宽敞，工作人员也很友好。床很舒服。酒店维护得很好。
