The rooms weren't available when i got there. I didn't stay there, why am I getting charge for it?

The main reason I'm giving this hotel a low rating was because they billed me 3 times for the same room, how that occurred was that our company paid for the stay and then they also charged my debit card that I gave them for incidentals, they actually charged my debit card for double the amount and when I tried to get this corrected with the hotel no one seemed to know how to refund my money back including the manager Jason, so if they ask you for your debit or credit card for incidentals you better keep an eye on your bank account or else they might double or triple charge you. Very disappointed with them, hopefully our company will not make reservations there again.

Staybridge Suites Pecos has everything. Rooms have living rooms and kitchens, which is perfect if you plan on staying for a few days. Clean rooms, comfy beds, indoor pool, fitness room, laundry and storage rooms, a "convenience store", great breakfast, and the staff is made up of the friendliest people in Pecos!

So pleasantly surprised by our stay at Staybridge Suites Pecos on our drive to Dallas. Hotel is in excellent condition and immaculate. Great, safe location and spacious and well-appointed suite! The other good reviews are accurate! Way to go, guys!!
