酒店在市中心附近,标志性建筑里,去古城挺方便,帮安排的房间视野很好,服务人员很有礼貌,挺温馨的酒店,在这边呆了一个星期。
这是旅行中感觉很糟糕的一次体验,给的房间空调噪音轰鸣,整夜整夜睡不着觉,除非关闭。房间内地毯脏旧到恶心的程度,最可怕的是凌晨二点多信用卡被莫名盗刷100多加币,沟通后反馈说是很抱歉系统故障,产生莫名扣款,并拒绝给予任何补偿。好在平台客服主动提供相关服务诚意,并给予及时沟通和协调换房和提前改期退房。这个酒店是一次噩梦,后面不会再去,也不建议推荐。
房间有点旧,但该有的设施都有,周边餐厅很多,吃东西比较方便,离古城比较近,可以步行到达。就是酒店会出现莫名其妙的扣款,前台也不能回答是什么情况。

我们订的是2床房,办理入住时,前台人员没有告知是大床房,我们到房间后才发现是大床房,向前台反馈我们订的是双床房,但得到的回复是双床房木有了(我们提前十多天预订的,当时预订是有的)。我们要求提供多一张被子,虽是母子出行,毕竟儿子是长大了,男女还是有区别的,但得到的回复也木有多床被子。且房间空调出风口的嘈音太吵了,影响睡眠质量。还有保证金,2号上午退房,5号晚上11点了,都木有退回来;而我们后面住的酒店的保证金都退回来了,这个酒店是我们这次加东行感受最差的酒店

这家酒店需要翻新了。客房设施和环境跟20年前比没什么变化,卫生状况也不尽如人意。房间里的地毯看起来像是老物件,而且不干净,同样,房间里的扶手椅也全是污渍。
我们在九月下旬预订了两间豪华特大床房,在这家酒店住了两晚。房间相当宽敞,但其中一间浴室门有部分缺失。不幸的是,缺失的部分就在淋浴区旁边,所以我们不得不小心翼翼,避免水溅到地板上。当我们向一位接待员反映这个问题时,她的回复令人非常失望,语气生硬地说:“它就是这样,我们无能为力。” 我们理解无法立即修复,但如果能得到更周到的回应,情况就会大不一样。如果能给我们换一间房,或者至少礼貌地对我们的不便表示歉意,都会体现出更高的服务水平,尤其考虑到当时酒店似乎正在接待一个会议,客人很多。这次体验没有达到我们的预期。否则,我们可能就会选择入住隔壁的希尔顿酒店了。
我们住了两晚三天,但泳池却关了,酒店说是正在维护。不过,员工们真的非常友善,而且酒店地理位置也超棒。

酒店有部分正在装修,房间设施老旧,尤其是冰箱和空调的噪音大的吓人,辛亏魁北克的夏天也不热,我们拔掉了冰箱和空调的插头才能入睡。前台办理入住后先乘坐一楼的电梯到三楼,再从三楼转乘到入住的楼层。话说那部一楼到三楼的电梯,到达时都要剧烈的抖动一下,第一次坐被吓到了,后面也就习惯了。
酒店到老城区的距离不算近,我们把车停在了酒店背面的地面停车场,两天付了73.9刀。最让人满意的是酒店三楼的餐厅,价格适中,味道非常棒。
