From the time we entered into reception, restaurant, bar we had a wonderful experience, everyone was so friendly and obliging. Our room was Anne Boleyn room, nice and clean, lovely and warm. Atmosphere in the restaurant and bar was excellent, loved everything about this old building and sitting by the fire places. They had free cheese & wine from 5.30pm on every Monday for people staying at the hotel, what a bonus. Loved this place and would definitely recommend percent. Would stay here again.

Coldest night, 21 November 2025 room radiator not working. Controls broken on radiator. Reported to reception 30 mins after checking in, was told it would be the next day before anyone could attend to problem.

We booked a meal in the restaurant and both ordered Sunday roasts, which were delicious. Staff are always friendly and welcoming, particularly Cam, who was excellent. The food is always well-presented and lovely.

Ellie organised a 65th party for my wife family and friends. The hotel provided everything we asked for and more. Superbly organised . Table decorations . Cakes. Food .drinks breakfast rooms .everything was above expectations.

非常适合安静度假的好去处。卡玛索尔福德庄园 (Karma Salford Hall) 靠近伊夫舍姆火车站（离伯明翰不远）。最近的旅游景点是威廉·莎士比亚在埃文河畔斯特拉特福的出生地。度假村安排了那里的导览游。我们还可以去莎士比亚故居观看现场演出。
不幸的是不是一个好的经历。氛围很好，是的，工作人员很友好，是的，但是房间又闷又吵，床垫凹凸不平，早上的咖啡几乎不能喝……不幸的是，床垫的质量和房间里的气候，和平与安静晚上，对我来说是最重要的事情！
