The front desk people were very rude, zero hospitality. I got married and had 30 rooms booked, they would not let anyone check in early without a $25 PER HOUR FEE, even though the rooms were ready. They took $150 pre-auth for "incidentals" but wouldn't allow us to charge water bottles to it. Water bottles were "cash only". The front door of the building FELL OFF on Sunday night, and my wedding party was helping the front desk people tape it up. I stood in the lobby in a wedding dress for 45 minutes while they tried to find my four reservations. Overall an absolute nightmare of an experience. I would have been better off sleeping in my car.

Everything about the hotel was excellent - room was comfortable and clean, staff was friendly, and breakfast was good. There were limited dining options close by on a Thursday evening unless you want fast food.

The young woman checking us in was friendly and efficient, then an older man came in and was rude and wanted to charge us $25 for early check in, even though our room was not ready. Why would I pay $25 more to check in 15 minutes early to a room I did not have access too? The hot water in the room was warm at best and the air conditioner was loud and on its last leg.

Simple no frills hotel. Comfortable bedding, very safe and clean. Could use a little updating but nothing major. The shower was exceptional. And the staff was very friendly.

This hotel was very clean. It was conveniently located off the highway. It was good, nothing outstanding but very clean and quiet. Pool was not available but we knew that before arrival.
