The room was moderately clean. There was gum left on the wall, but the sheets were clean.
The staff was wonderful.
The gym floor was dirty, had no towels or water, and the bathrooms off the gym had no soap.
The pool was out of order.
Room cleaning had to be requested (so we missed out).
This looks like it used to be a beautiful property and could be nice again if the bathrooms were renovated and main hall carpet replaced. They even used to have a sauna and tanning bed, which were out of order.
But the staff was extremely nice and responsive.

Our room was ready on time. Decent breakfast. The bed was not comfortable and the pillows were small and flat. The tv and WiFi worked well.
The room price was a little higher than when I booked but it was fixed quickly.

Was not updated at all, older and our room had a very musty smell. Towels even had a stench. Overpriced for what it was in my opinion.

We only stayed one night. When we got to our room, the carbon monoxide detector was beeping like it needed a new battery. I called the front desk and the girl came right down and got the detector off the wall. I thought the battery would be replaced and the detector would be hung back up that did not happen. Once it was removed, that was it. We were able to sleep so problem solved I guess!

Decent visit. Friendly staff. One of reasons I chose location is indoor pool for my 8 year old. Unfortunately pool was closed. Both Ice machines I could find were broken and area where they serve breakfast was very cramped. Looks like they just took a room on second floor and made it breakfast area. Overall good foe the price.

Very clean, affordable and quiet. Major roads on either side so easy access to everything. I stayed in a king deluxe room which was exceptional for very little extra fee. Would definitely stay again!

Three were no signs that we had to request maid service if we wanted room made up. At notice were we told either. So we had no maid service.
