Breakfast was great.Room was quiet.Toilet kept running.We turned off the valve.There were no toiletries.Hand soap, shampoo nothing was there?? Otherwise room was fine.

The experience was terrible. The toiletries were of very poor quality, and the water was cut off before we checked out without prior notice, leaving us and our child without water to wash our faces and brush our teeth.

Checked into the place Friday night and the refrigerator still had nasty food in it. Complained about it the next morning and was told that it would be cleaned. Came back that night and the only thing that was done was the food out the refrigerator. The trash wasn’t emptied and bed not made. I thought rooms are supposed to be clean every day.

The room was spotless. The check in was great. We had to switch rooms (evil neighbor) and the switch was easy. The beds are better than the ones at home. Alway stay here when I'm in town.

Pleasant and courteous , helpful.
Building tired and needs some care, but could see updates in progress. Very clean units and excellent breakfasts. Wonderful value.

The staff here are very nice, the rooms are spacious, and the beds were clean and well prepared for my check in. I liked the overall quaintness of the hotel, and for my first solo trip - i felt safe and enjoyed the quiet environment. I will say the only negatives is the walls are a little thin and you can hear when other guests flush toilets or use their showers. There was also some mold spots in the shower.

房间暖气已经停了24小时以上。我晚上8点前到达，立刻打开了暖气。我一直躺在床上到凌晨1点，床单稍微暖和了一些，但我还是觉得冷，早上起来房间里也还是冷。
我到达后不久就问过前台是否有更暖和的房间。他们告诉我现在是淡季，所有房间都会比较冷。室外照明很差，停车场也很难开进去。
我不会再来了，给半颗星。
