The Location was appropriate as we used the conference facilities. The atmosphere was nice, and the room was acceptable. The third-party agency used for booking reduced the value for money by selecting an incorrect date resulting in overpayment which was not refunded. The hotel was very clean, although there was a mishap at one morning's breakfast resulting in a free meal. My room was quiet but in traversing some noice was experience from the construction but that was understandable. The staff were great! The amenities were fine. Some redevelopment of the entire area would make it more attractive and bring the little space back to life. There is great potential if businesses work together and make it a get-a-way hot spot with everything you need.

If you are thinking of booking do it!! The facilities, staff were all amazing!! Some of the best service we’ve had in our travels ! Staff went above and beyond !!! Our daughter celebrated her 7th birthday while there , the staff surprised us with a cake and room decorations!! Will be back for sure !! Safe and really welcoming!! Thank you again! We were pleased with the comfort of the hotel, the rooms, fantastic restaurant- The Treehouse- and a nice gym. All areas were clean and kept well. Their service was impeccable from the check in to the special delivery of extra pillows. We were offered time with the pastry Chef and a culinary expert helping with us prepare our own ceviche. A quaint pool area with quiet places to nestle with a coffee, cocktail or book.

I did not stay at the hotel but booked two 90-minute treatments at their K'in Spa. The body scrub left my skin glowing, and the deep tissue massage from Alyssa was above and beyond. She really ironed out the knots in my back, and it helped me feel good on my flight home. Next time I go scuba diving in Belize with the Aggressor fleet, I will certainly book more treatments!

My husband and I stayed at this hotel and while there we got massages and facials. Absolutely the worst ever. We have never wished for a facial to be over, but we did this one. Only 2 types of lotion were used and the whole session included rubbing in one lotion, then wiping with a hot towel then the 2nd lotion and a hot towel. This was continuous the whole time. I payed for an acid peel and it boiled down to a cheap store bought facial mask that I use at home. What a waste of money. Our massages were also bad. The beds were way too hot and we felt like we had a child rubbing our skin. They were definitely not deep tissue massages.

We went there for the Gala of the BTB awards, I imagine that the hotel was fully booked because the room wasn’t ready on time, however the Front desk team was very nice, they gave us access to the pool and complementary drinks to make it up for the delay on the rooms, I can’t remember his name, but is was a gentleman wearing glasses, he speaks Spanish and English, great customer service !!!! The room were nice and clean, I got the ocean view and my college got the pool view with a balcony. The hotel Is very close to downtown, the restaurant on site is great, the pool is a little tiny, but they are working on some expansion and they’ll have a huge pool. 100% recommended.

Our flight was unexpectedly canceled, so we needed to find a hotel quickly, and Fort George turned out to be a great choice overall. The property is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, and the staff were generally friendly and welcoming. The food was absolutely top-notch — from creative cocktails at the bar to an exceptional dinner — and the restaurant service was outstanding. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the beds made for a great night’s sleep. A few small things kept this from being a 5-star experience. The online booking system didn’t work, so I had to call to reserve, and the front desk/concierge team seemed a bit uncertain when I had questions (for example, no one could tell me whether the pool was heated). After my stay, it also took several calls and emails to get a copy of my receipt. Still, overall this is a lovely property with wonderful food and a welcoming atmosphere. A small touch like a welcome drink (even water or lemonade) at check-in would go a long way in rounding out the experience. I’d absolutely stay again!

We wanted to see the Blue Hole So came back a day earlier and discovered this recent luxury hotel ! Beautiful rooms with a terrace and all you need. Great gym and spa. They even have a hairdresser and the service is as always in Belize excellent friendly and joyous Their concierge is the best: it makes the difficult possible with a smile! We love you Chloe
