Amazing experience! The food was great and the drinks were tasteful. The staff was very friendly and attention to detail. I had the best experience because of them very welcoming and hospitality unlike no other. Money well spent definitely coming back especially to Playa De Carmen just to stay here.

住在小木屋里的概念非常吸引人，而且丝毫不影响海滩酒店客房的品质。有些小木屋可以欣赏海景，有些则可以欣赏花园景色。酒店氛围温馨宜人，员工服务周到细致。食物美味可口，自助餐种类丰富，能够满足各种口味。
位置和花园都不错
其他方面都不怎么样：食物一般，态度差，没有任何后续服务。下午2:30他们让我在外面晒太阳，同时查看我的预订（甚至都没要我的身份证）。入住率略高于50%，3:00他们却没有给我房间，说下午3:00开始入住。屋顶有洞，淋浴间的地板上有黑色的长毛和绿色的水，非常恶心，沙滩巾不再是白色的，而是灰色的，而且破损了。
酒店很棒。房间非常干净，空调运行良好。每位员工都非常友好。早餐也很丰盛。酒店距离第五大道仅几分钟路程。
住宿环境很漂亮。客房服务无可挑剔，清洁人员总是细心、细心。
床很舒服。窗户上有蚊帐，还有带风扇的顶级空调。
我们离一个不太拥挤的游泳池很近，这非常方便，因为我们可以在我们 3 岁的儿子午睡时享受它。
绝佳的家庭选择！
