Clean room, fresh linen clean linen on the bed, clean, tidy bathroom. A tired, sad hotel in need of upgrading and to have its own bar and restaurant again.

Limited view of the sea from the room. Only informed on arrival that due to refurbishment works there would be no restaurant or bar facilities. This would mean visiting another property for food and drink, may have been easier to relocate booking to that venue.
Staff helpful, room clean but issues with the odd location of sockets and lights switches on headboard.

We could see the sea but also the bin store. We liked the spa bath, but the rooms are in need of some TLC.

Room clean and spacious. Adeed bonus of nice jacuzzi bath. Little in way of facilities, no food or drink due to refurbishment, however, they were available at a sister hotel not too far away. As stated previously, the hotel is being refurbished. That is necessary as it looks tired in areas.

Arrived about 6 pm after a long day at work, expecting to have a drink and a nice meal!! Was told Restaurant closed along with the bar!! Was told they have a sister hotel further away but I had enough walking. Room was tattie and tired, wallpaper peeling, heater hanging off the wall, toilet and shower was the best.

Bedroom clean unfortunately next to a very noisy antiquated lift ( that should have been retired years ago) kept awake till 1.00am by residents returning to their rooms using the lift and it started again at 6.00am with the cleaning staff using the lift. Do not use this hotel and definitely not room 46.

The location is excellent and the staff are extremely welcoming. Vanessa on reception was fantastic recommending places to eat and things to see ! The hotel is in an ideal area of Oban as there is virtually no traffic noise at night but all attractions are still within 5-10 minutes walk. Although there's no bar on site their sister site is less than 5 minutes walk away where you can use their facilities
我们在苏格兰旅行期间在这家酒店住了一晚。工作人员热情好客。酒店装修简洁，略带简朴。房间很小，只有两张单人床和一扇窗户。浴室配有浴缸、淋浴、洗手池和马桶。只能说这是一家普通的酒店。
没有景观，没有酒吧，没有餐厅，被告知要去200码外的姐妹酒店吃早餐或晚餐。虽然标牌提示热水较热，但实际上热水烫得要命。员工态度还算友好，但我以后绝不会再入住Muthu集团旗下的酒店。
需要进行大规模翻新……幸运的是，床上用品非常干净，但其他固定装置和配件急需花一大笔钱进行维修，更不用说适当的维护（插座没有牢固地固定在墙上）以及增加插座数量了。
