After a 5 hour drive, we checked into our room only to see our bed had a big brown stain.
Utterly disgusting!
When I notified the front desk and she handed me another blanket like it was nothing… no apology.

Couldn’t get into room because key didn’t work. Everyone key didn’t work and it was a Bills game. Imagine a bunch of people in bills gear waiting in the lobby. The room had a weird smell. The shower door wouldn’t stay closed. The bed wasn’t comfortable at all.
