The overall cleanliness can be improved especially in common areas like elevators. Also the sink was clogged in our room.
Also suggest changing the breakfast serving time for Sunday's from 7am to 10am and not end breakfast serving at 9am on Sundays. Thank you

Didn’t get the room type i reserved. Toilet seat was very loose. Like riding a bucking bronco. Shower knob to set water temperature was loose. Just disappointing.

Not bad at all. The property is clean and the room was decent, and room service came without being asked which is always nice. The breakfast was simple but surprisingly good as well.

Facility was very clean and comfortable. Check in was easy and friendly. Only negative experience was when we arrived, we were encountered by a homeless man several times trying to trade cigarettes for food.

如果能打负分，我可能会打负分。订了酒店之后，我才知道他们家有臭虫。所以提前五天，在我还没去之前，我就想取消订单，但他们拒绝退款给我。我家里没有臭虫，是他们酒店有，我还有一个对昆虫过敏的蹒跚学步的孩子。我甚至尝试联系酒店经理，但直到今天都没有人接电话。携程这边也没有提供任何帮助。太没用了。他们收了我277美元。简直是疯了。
