To pay almost $400 per night - due to price gouging for "parents' weekend" of which I was not part - and not be able to shower due to the lack of water (a pathetic trickle only) is criminal. Stay somewhere else.

The stairwell to the room was simply gross. Stains, food, and nose waste on the walls and floor. Several dead bees at the side exit, inside. Spills on the wall in my room. Black marks on one bed pillow. Pull out couch sheets were not changed from last guest. Clogged tub, low water pressure. TV would not stream from my phone as indicated. On a positive note, staff were pleasant and the location was close to stores and food chains. No where near the quality expected given what we paid per night. Will not stay again.

Our bathroom tub had a clog in it and waa not taken care of while we were there, the cleaning people never came

We atayed here two years ago and it was a great, clean, well kept hotel. This time was very different. The staff were talking loudly about a problem when i was waiting to check in. The carpets were filthy. The room smelled of cat urine. They put me in the room closest to the lobby and it was loud as the night went on. Breakfast was the same both days with rubbery sausage and brown oranges along witg stale bagels in sandwich bags.
We wont be back. Very disappointed.

I usually don't write bad reviews, but this time, but what we experienced horrible. Room was smelly, the hotel was very dirty. They told us that breakfast starts 8am, but we went 8:30 and there was nothing left. For 1 night for 1 room we paid $377.

Friendly and helpful staff, plenty of parking, quiet area. Clean . Could use better pillows!

The staff was extremely professional and excellent, the exterior building lovely and inviting.
The room is a huge disappointment although the attempt to clean was visible. The room had a smell, bath showers floor discolored and disgusting. Out dated furniture that should have thrown out or reupholstered. The staff was awesome. Very accommodating lovely people
Put would I stay again only if it was absolutely no other hotel to go to. Again it just needs to be updated with a new everything otherwise you are a pleasant establishment
这酒店只有三层楼，我们的房间在二楼。结果，我们整晚都听到卫生间传来像鬼叫一样的尖叫声，吵得我们睡不着觉，甚至不敢用卫生间。大概凌晨两点的时候，我们和前台说了这个情况，前台说是风声，他们也无能为力。我们把卫生间的门关上后，还是能听到那个声音。
早餐也很糟糕，提供的食物种类很少，什么都要我们主动去要。每次客人要一点，他们就只拿一点点上来。更过分的是，早上9点整，餐厅里还有大约10个客人在吃早餐，酒店工作人员竟然一声不吭就把灯关了。然后那个工作人员还对着客人和小孩大喊大叫，指责他们没常识，态度和表情都非常恶劣！
入住了一晚。位置还可以，但半夜前台没人，等了好久才进酒店。
交通方便，有点旧，但很干净。午餐品种多样。
