Room was good, staff was good, food was good, Toro Steakhouse was amazing, Eden pool and Pool Bar were phenomenal. Omar and Yoni had amazing service. My only reason for 4 stars is that breakfast was not great, it was just average and I consistently had to say “no thank you” to being upsold. Overall, great hotel for families and first timers.

The resort was good and the food was good overall, however when we went to our room. They gave our room next to staff work area, there was lots of noise and sometimes it was hard to rest due to the amount of noise. Also, I was expecting partial ocean view but our front desk guy gave us resort view which was showing the area were they set up the parties, this was another bummer since there was lots of noise from different preparations such as thanking.

Our room was not in the best state. Booked a room for 4 but my two boys didn’t fit so we had to ask for a roll in bed. The pull out bed was so I uncomfortable the springs was all you could feel. We had to ask for a pillow top and extra blankets to put on top of it and still he had a terrible sleep for 5 nights as it was so uncomfortable. Our shower amenities were empty also and we had to call down for soap.
Our food bar was never restocked the whole stay but our families in others rooms were everyday.
Our key pad to get into our room died and they sent us to the front desk twice before they realized it and then the door people took another half and hour to fix while we missed lunch with our family.
We were very disappointed in these things and we shouldn’t have this much trouble on an all
Inclusive vacation for my moms 80th.

这家酒店交通极度不方便,入住后无法使用Uber,出门游玩必须请bellman叫出租车,费用比Uber贵至少一半。酒店位置偏僻,距离机场车程约一个小时。整体设施较为单一,除了游泳池,只有少量活动可参与。
服务人员态度还算不错,酒店环境也算干净,但周边几乎都是工地。我们第一晚入住的“海景房”实际上窗外是一大片工地,只有一小角能看到海,严重影响心情。与前台协调了一个小时后才被告知第一晚无房可换,只能第二晚尽量安排一个看不到工地的房间。
这家酒店糟透了。我们订的是泳池套房,但泳池里全是虫子,水温又冷。房间很脏,还有之前客人的剩饭剩菜。住了三天都没打扫干净。整个酒店的管理和服务都非常不专业。
全包式服务非常舒适,酒店员工也都非常友善热情。我能够在私密的空间里放松身心,这给我留下了美好的回忆。我非常想再次入住!
有些餐厅员工乐于接受小费。其余的则不然。
