Had to cancel the reservation near IIT roorkee. Cancelled it 20 mins past the cancellation time. Was charged 60% of the amount, which otherwise should have been free of charge. Horrible customer service. Do yourself a favor. Do not use Treebo.

The property has very big rooms with neat and clean bathrooms. It is situated in a very nice locality and there as absolutely no disturbance from the neighbourhood. The breakfast served was tasty and very hygienic. The staff were quick enough to understand the concerns by the customer.

This hotel is ideal for those who enjoy pursuing and diligently tracking the other party for their accommodation expenses. I've obtained the boarding bill but am currently awaiting the food bills as I pen down this review. If you're financially comfortable and unconcerned about receipts, this is the perfect place for you. You won't get anything till you ask. Asked for toiletries several times but in vain. They advertize branded toiletries...Never knew which brand since i checked out...hehehe

The place is great and the staff are awesome. You'll feel like you're at home. All facilities are there and you'd have an awesome experience. The restaurant staff are too good and they make amazing north indian food. No restrictions as to anything Do book Treebo from now on

Customer service was great, breakfast was delicious. All the basic stuff was available, bathroom was clean as well as the towels and bed. There was air conditioning, small freezer and tv. Overall I had a great experience.

Excellent staff with very comfortable rooms, there is some positivity in this hotel, which makes the stay more comfortable.My experience about the hotel on these stays is as below:- Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice, especially would like to mention one in particular about Mr. Hemraj.
