Arrived to find no real parking. When we checked in were told the credit card machine was not working and we needed to pay cash----i said no fix your machine and well pay when its fixed--she ran the card and it went through with an approval code. Room was ok- no ac or fan in bedroom-walls need new paint- had hot water one of 3 days. Fridge is in a closet you can not open door without lifting fridge and moving its so tight. Hot tub had no hot water or way to become hot. Coffee was a thick burnt black oily substance-food was ok at best but rest of barahona food no better except playa azul rest was decent. Went to checkout and told needed to pay- i showed receipt with approval code and told "yes but that was another girl that ran your card, not me" What? I said I have my reciept and it shows paid and we left.
