Great hotel. We stay here often. They could use sime bathroom updates with vent fans and better pressure. Otherwise always a good stay and great location to shopping.

We only stayed one night but the hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. My only complaint is the Hotel is right on interstate 95 and we had a room on that side so the noise was pretty loud but not terrible.

My only complaint is that i was assigned a room on the fourth floor far from the elevator and direcly facing a very noisy Interstate 95.
The remote location was inconvenient since i was traveling with a cat so I had a lot of cat items to carry into the hotel and the traffic noise from the Interstate made for interrupted sleep. The hotel seemed quite empty for the Sunday nite i was there so they could have assign me a room on the first floor as a guest with a pet (with $25 pet fee added to ******* room rate)
and on the front side of the hotel that did not face the interestate. Is it Hiltons policy to assign ******* customers the worst rooms?0

Stayed here one night. Great location right off the highway. There are lots of dining options nearby. It was easy access to Portsmouth as well as places like York. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very good and offered lots of options. We will stay here again when we are in the area.

Ice bucket in room had hair and water in it. It was unusable. Tv remote seemed dirty. Doors slammed shut on the rooms. Very annoying. Otherwise very nice.

Penny was great at the front desk. Breakfast staff was very friendly and had things ready even at 6:15am….she should be valued as an asset! The people make the experience memorable!
