Not bad but for the money I’ve stayed at better. No extra linens for the bundle bed and for a suite, it was very small.
My daughter said she was sad they didn’t have yogurt at breakfast even though it said there would be but that’s all minor.
Wasn’t bad. People were friendly.

The room was very nice although the layout was different from other hotels. The bathroom in the center of the room disturbed those sleeping while in use.

We were given an accessible King Suite instead of the Reg. King Suite, which was fine but the water from the shower makes its way all the way to the bathroom entry door and beyond. Not sure what they could do different due to the nature of the floor being roll-in to the shower for accessibility...

The room was so hot when entering. So hot. There was no air conditioning on. We turned it on but it never caught up before we went to bed. The shower needs a new mechanism to force the water into the shower head. Do better for as much as this suite cost.

The staff was very good,
So this review is not a reflection on the staff. The hotel stay itself was probably one of the worst nights I have ever had. The bed is hard as a rock and the pillows are lumpy and flat. My husband saw bugs when he get up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. He talked to the manager about it and showed them a bug and we only got 5000 Bonvoy points, which is basically not much. I cannot express how uncomfortable the bed and pillows were. The breakfast was good and like I said the staff is totally fine.

The staff was friendly and immediately accommodating when we requested extra bedding and towels. The room’s a/c unit however, leaked from the very first night. The carpet on the entire left side of the bed next to the unit was soaked in water from the a/c. We notified staff right away the next day. The unit also turned off while we were out so we would come back to a very warm and humid room. The a/c would also turn off during the night making the room very hot and uncomfortable to sleep in

Our room was nice except the bathroom. There were black hairs on the toilet and around it when we walked into the bathroom. The shampoo conditioner and soap were empty. There were no sheets and blankets for the hide a bed. There was not a laundry bag for your dirty clothes that most hotels offer. The room cost over 200 a night and I expected that the bathroom would be clean and stocked for the price I paid.

Being from an industry that has dealt with hotels from time to time, i always appreciate when a building is built with all of the details. Sound proofing seems to be top notch. Extremely clean, nice layout, hvac A+
