This place was beautiful and the free breakfast was the best selection I have ever seen at a breakfast included hotel. On check-in, the staff was a bit under trained and knew nothing about the layout of the city when asked how to get to Main Street. However, the check-in went smoothly. Room was sufficient but the thing that was the most disappointing was that we never had maid service during our stay. Our bed was never made and we were left to do our own housekeeping in the bathroom. The front desk apologized greatly when told of this. Other than that though, it was a pleasant and quiet stay in a convenient location.

Our whole experience was wonderful. Checked in on the app, valet parking was a breeze, and getting our key was quick and seamless! We were in town for a concert and were impressed with the accommodations. The room was perfect and spotless! My only complaint would be the pillows were flat. The breakfast buffet was delicious. We will definitely stay here again!

Loved the location to downtown. Easy parking in garage across the street. Many nearby restaurants. The free bikes to explore the Swamp Rabbit Trail was a bonus. Excellent breakfast.,

Staff was very friendly, we arrived early, front desk staff kept our luggage and had it delivered to our room when it was ready. Hotel was very clean, close to everything we needed for the weekend. We will definitely be back and use this hotel!

Great vibes in this place. Tip: If you’re looking for a standard sized pool with all day sun exposure, this is NOT your place. Mini pool with sun 1-2pm because of the building blocking the sun. Pictures are deceiving.
Staff is super friendly, just wish they would offer Greenville maps and ask if guests need any help with the area as we checked in. The breakfast was a full breakfast and the restaurant attached had good food. The hotel is central to a lot of restaurants and pretty walking.
