Second time here. Staff is 10/10, from the reception to the beach. Everyone on staff is so kind and attentive!! Any comment that the staff is not nice are just plain lying or were difficult guests! Please be nice to the staff!
There’s really nothing like having a beautiful swimmable beach at your footstep. Lots of kids & families in the water. Super fun! Also lots of vendors though so be prepared. Weather was beautiful.
Room was always clean. Housekeeper did such a good job of cleaning every time we were away! A/C worked great in our room. Nice view of the pool.
I do wish there were more food options at the restaurants at blanco & rose. The food is good, but after being here a second time and eating off the same menus for 5 days, it kind of got a little old. The menus need a change or new additions, even if just on alternating nights. The buffet is a hit or miss, was not our favorite.
Not lots of activities at the resorts. Not really any shows, etc.
There really does need to be a bar that is open later (like at least until midnight/1am) with music or something for the younger adult crowds (21+). The resorts (blanco, rose, and sunset) pretty much are all asleep by 9pm. Which makes sense when most of the guest are about 60+ y/o or families with kids. You do have to leave the resort to do anything past 9pm, which kinda sucks when staying at an all-inclusive in Cabo.
Overall I do love Pueblo Bonito and would recommend.

Staff were great - food was excellent at Sushi by pool and Paloma’s in the Blanco - would rather the pool music was less loud or loud for an hour or 2 then just instrumental - but resort is catering to all ages so I understand.

This was our 6th stay at the Rose. Is she looking tired...yes. But I love her anyway...the staff is second to none(shout out to Ana, Rut, Judas, Ulysses, Adal, all of you) this is why we will continue to come back.

Great location if you want to be downtown. Wonderful staff. The property itself is old and tired and the rooms need to be renovated. It’s stuck in a time warp. The “ocean view” room didn’t look at the ocean. Our hot water was on and off, mostly off. The all inclusive food was pretty good! Lots of variety.

We were there during hurricane jessica. Arrived Tuesday. Only 2 restaurants open, the buffet and one serving on pool menu food. Pool clearly closed. Hotel did zero to make things better. I saw other hotels hosting cocktail making classes, bingo, towel folder, poker. They did zero. We left after a day and the hotel refused to issue any credit for a future stay and charged for 5 nights and we stayed 1.

This hotel is very dated. The food options were not so great. The restaurants with better meal options cost extra at a minimum of $50. Ordering room service seemed to be a lot better. The beds are comfortable. No night life or fun evening events for guests.

The rooms were clean every day. Johnathan and Diego were our pool waitstaff and they were friendly, considerate and did a great job!! Israel Flores is the pool concierge and he always made sure everything was going well for us. Our room overlooked a small portion of the beach. You would have to get a luxury or presidential suite in order to get a full view. Nevertheless our room still had a beautiful view of the beautiful resort. We look forward to going back!

上菜时间太长。我不知道是不是人手不够,但大家都很着急,跟不上节奏,这意味着他们看起来很紧张,服务质量很差。我到酒店时惊讶地发现他们每晚要收80比索的税。我觉得他们应该在你预订和付款时就告知,而不是等到你到店后才通知。最后,他们给你账单时,竟然在不告知你的情况下,加了一笔给集体住宅的捐款。毫无预兆地收费,真是太没礼貌了。
有一次,我偶然发现餐厅的自助餐里有变质的西红柿。我告诉了他们,他们就把变质的西红柿撤掉了。
