Jade at the front desk was super friendly and by far the best interaction. She was great! We’ve stayed here several times in the past and were all great stays. This time I must say our room was not great. The bed and the bathroom was clean but other areas within the room were not. The floor definitely needed to be shampooed or at the least carpet spot cleaning and same for the chair and ottoman. The curtains were very dirty although I know those aren’t something that are washed super frequently but could use some attention. Overall we enjoyed our stay but room was not in the same condition or standard as we remembered from previous trips and for the price paid for the room received it was a little disappointing. Thank you

订的池景房，最后给我的房间景观很差，与订单不相符。携程倒是积极联系了酒店，但是酒店坚决不给换，所以入住体验很差。
携程的处理态度我认可，到这个酒店大家就不要预定了，感觉对国人的态度不是很友好。
非常不错的酒店，有网球场和大泳池，孩子们有很多活动可以参与。我很喜欢咖啡馆，咖啡和羊角面包都很好吃。
说实话，我和家人对这家度假村没有任何好感。入住半小时后，突然停电好几个小时，没有电，电梯也用不了（我的膝盖不好），电话也打不通。当时我们完全不知道发生了什么。度假村也没有发出警报通知其他住客。真是太可怕了。所以我不会向任何人推荐这家度假村。非常不满意。
我对科罗纳多湾洛伊斯度假酒店非常失望。我预订了一间海景房，价格是实际价格的两倍，结果却被安排到一间视野受限的侧房。由于细菌污染，海滩关闭了，酒店事先没有通知我们。工作人员表面上很有礼貌，但实际上并没有提供任何帮助——他们甚至责怪我13岁的儿子在大堂吃东西，而这件事本应该由成年人处理。
总的来说，我们运气很差：延迟退房的请求被拒绝了，酒店一开始拒绝从海湾接我们，第一天就浪费在了处理各种事情上。食物不好吃，虽然餐厅的景色不错。唯一值得称道的是酒店提供免费的市中心班车。
我来这里是为了庆祝生日，结果却失望而归。这家酒店显然需要改进管理和客户服务。
我家阳台附近的房子正在施工——这可不好。我还有一张VIP积分券，他们本应该用来抵扣我的餐厅/酒吧消费，但他们并没有。细节决定成败。
非常失望。我理解他们为什么靠举办公司活动赚钱，而不是靠个人住宿赚钱。
