They were not accommodating at all, the airline changed our flights - I called the resort to get them to adjust our dates, they refused said it was against policy - so I thought well our next flight will allow us to at least check in early since our flight arrived earlier the next day- we arrived at 1 pm - our room was not ready until after 4:30pm when check in was supposed to be at 4, and we had already paid for the previous night! They simply did not care ! Extremely disappointing!! And they tried to charge taxes fees and deposit twice

Phone didn't work, but was fixed when reported. TV streaming pixilated and had a lot of lag. Awful odor in bathroom. Positives: Fantastic staff. Great pool area. Wonderful breakfast. Beds really good.

The SPA was awesome. Had to get two massages.

Amazingly friendly staff. Loved seeing Amy every morning at breakfast. Spotless resort. Excellent location for walking to shops and restaurants. We have been before and will return.

We loved our stay at the Mariott. First time in Aruba and everything was amazing to rhe breakfasts, to the live music in the evenings as well as the friendly staff

老实说，我觉得唯一的问题就是便利设施太少了，没有化妆棉也没有信纸。
前台工作人员办理业务效率非常低，他们没有仔细核对信息，反复出错，导致我办理入住花了两个小时。工作人员也丝毫没有歉意，只是让我一直等着。入住时这种非常不友好的态度，让我的住宿体验一点都不愉快。
我们来度蜜月。入住时，我们提出要求后才给了欢迎饮品，也没有任何特别的蜜月布置。尽管房间打扫得很干净，设施也不错，但客房服务员有两天没能补充洗手液。早餐的食物很好吃。
停车位极其有限！而且，即使是1岁的孩子，显然也需要出示身份证件。他们会复印你的护照，而且不会还给你。
房间很不错，不过浴室的墙是雾蒙蒙的玻璃，所以当你在房间里时，你可以看到淋浴时其他人的轮廓。我不太喜欢这种感觉，因为我是和家人一起住的，而不是亲密的伴侣。
床很舒服，电视很大。
我们不得不下楼去办理入住手续才能拿到WiFi密码。房间里没有张贴密码，外面也没有，我们的房卡上也没有。
我们给前台打了三次电话，都没人接，所以我们下楼去问。
