老实说，我觉得唯一的问题就是便利设施太少了，没有化妆棉也没有信纸。
前台工作人员办理业务效率非常低，他们没有仔细核对信息，反复出错，导致我办理入住花了两个小时。工作人员也丝毫没有歉意，只是让我一直等着。入住时这种非常不友好的态度，让我的住宿体验一点都不愉快。
我们来度蜜月。入住时，我们提出要求后才给了欢迎饮品，也没有任何特别的蜜月布置。尽管房间打扫得很干净，设施也不错，但客房服务员有两天没能补充洗手液。早餐的食物很好吃。
停车位极其有限！而且，即使是1岁的孩子，显然也需要出示身份证件。他们会复印你的护照，而且不会还给你。
房间很不错，不过浴室的墙是雾蒙蒙的玻璃，所以当你在房间里时，你可以看到淋浴时其他人的轮廓。我不太喜欢这种感觉，因为我是和家人一起住的，而不是亲密的伴侣。
床很舒服，电视很大。
我们不得不下楼去办理入住手续才能拿到WiFi密码。房间里没有张贴密码，外面也没有，我们的房卡上也没有。
我们给前台打了三次电话，都没人接，所以我们下楼去问。
清洁度很棒。我唯一不满的是，除了Jose之外，其他员工一点也不友好。他们大多数都很粗鲁，不友善，而且不友好，尤其是在你有任何顾虑的时候。我不会再住这家度假村了，因为那里有更好的选择。
工作人员非常友好。前台工作人员Jose、Oscar餐饮区、泳池边的Miguel & Bryan酒吧区，以及我的清洁女工Gloria。
泳池区的食物不错。早餐虽然简单，但还不错。泳池一直保持清洁。海滩不在酒店内，但提供班车服务。步行约12分钟。
虽然晚上泳池边会有歌手唱歌。如果度假村能提供更多娱乐活动，包括客人活动和水中有氧运动，那就更好了。入住和退房都很便捷。总的来说，这里位置优越，地理位置优越。
很棒的现代化客房。自助早餐非常棒，每日包含在套餐内。现场音乐舒缓人流，适合人数较少的客人。非常适合情侣放松身心，享受宁静的氛围。作为一对年轻情侣，我们本可以享受度假村里更具互动性的活动。
早餐还可以。补充得有点慢。
床太软了，感觉有点陷进去。员工和清洁服务都很棒。我被额外收取了79美元，但一直没有得到回复，所以我给酒店发了邮件，正在等待回复。
哇！我对这里以及工作人员的热情服务感到非常惊喜。房子非常干净，步行即可到达商店和餐厅。我绝对计划再次入住这里。
