Our stay was not as expected. We checked in settled in and went to turn the tv on it didnt work. So we called front desk and they sent maintenance over to bring us a remote... as she was there at the door to deliver the remote ahe came in to make sure it worked.
As this was happening i pulled the covers back on the pullout bed, and there were chips and popcorn all over the bed. I pointed this to her and she asked if it would be okay to take pictures. I said yes. She said she'd speak to a manager and bring new sheets and that someone would call us. That never happened!
Next day were sitiing eating breakfast and under the side table we see something pink...my daughter picked it up not knowing what it was and it turns out it was a dirty woman underwear inside out completely disgusting.
We took pictures and walked down to the front desk to show them. They said management was already looking into the first incident and someone would call us shortly. That never happened.
Next day... check out day i call and dpeak to front desk and ask for an update. They again said someone will talk with you guys once you check out and bring keys upfront. That never happened.
I do not recommend this hotel i had high hopes...we are very disappointed and will not return nor recommend it

Perfect Location
A beautiful place. unfortunately our stay was very brief but the facility was beautiful and super clean. Friendly staff and it was in a great location! we walked to everything we wanted to see and there was all kinds of great restaurants to choose from!

当我告诉前台电视坏了的时候，我震惊地发现他们竟然没有尽任何努力来改善我们的住宿体验。他们既没有道歉，也没有做出任何努力——一个人把责任推给了客房服务（这怎么能怪他们呢？），另一个人说他们得晚点修……服务员人满为患，我们进不去……浴室的物品也乱七八糟。对于我们付的这个价钱，我期望的应该更多。
我们的房间是两室两卫的套房，可以欣赏城市景观。真是太棒了！酒店干净漂亮，气味也很好。景色很棒，客户服务也很棒。我们以前从未住过这里，但我们非常喜欢，一定会再来的。退房时间是中午12点，这点也很棒。强烈推荐这里，尤其适合家庭入住。
