Had a pleasant stay at Wedcation by Tivoli hotel Ambala. The front office staff was very polite and helpful during check-in and check-out. The housekeeping team maintained the room very clean and tidy throughout the stay. Overall, great hospitality and well-managed service by the team. Highly recommended! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Worst experience with the staff of this resort Completely dis satisfied with it Asked the staff to connect the wifi And they were giving the reason for network issue However there was full network of the wifi and the password told was be incorrect Still they were claiming the password to be correct Asked the room service for tea and they claiemed that the staff is not available Would highly recommend not to visit here

Property is well maintained. Good location. Hospitality is excellent and nevertheless overall experience was very good. Good food, neat and clean rooms. Staff and owner was very polite and attentive. No problem for families to stay. Near to ambala railway station

Not recomending this hotel to anyone, Came on a wedding, the IRD and restraunt service is pathetic! Room was smelly asked for non smoking got a smoking one! I think they dont care about the wedding groups or may be with corporate people as well! Please watch out your stay. Thanks
