I live on 5th floor the window of the Roof not good when wind start it start making noise all night I feel like some one knock at the door please fix that Aluminium window and Aluminium Door other wise hotel is good staff is good too

I stayed at Murree Mall with friends and enjoyed a lot. Hotel looks old from outside but inside very well maintained. Staff was very friendly and nice. Food was amazing. All my friends enjoyed a lot. Will definitely come again. Excellent view from top stories, was happy to opt for this. Clean rooms. Did not have to worry about parking

A very decent and elegant place to stay in, I love the atmosphere here everyone is extremely friendly and supportive, if you're looking a hi fi rooms with futuristic designs this isn't the place for you, If you want decent and elegant place with high quality of service this is the perfect place to stay in.

One of the worst hotel to stay in, I stayed in August 2024, the toilets were stinky and rooms were small and smelly. Wifi was not working despite of raising with staff several times. Over priced hotel, we came after the name but a total disappointment. Not recommended at all.
