Nice room, beautiful beach. We did have a real problem checking in. We arrived early in the morning with many others from a cruise ship and were told to wait until 4 to check-in. By 2, everyone waiting except use had a room. At 4 we were told, our room was not ready. We asked to speak with the manager at about 4:20 and only then were we given our room.

This is not typical, but we were fully booked and experienced a significant turnover day with many guests arriving at the same time, checking in and out on the same day. While this is manageable, it can be quite challenging, as some rooms take longer to clean and prepare for our arriving guests. However, I am glad to hear that you only had to wait 20 minutes past our standard check-in time. I assure you that our team did their utmost to accommodate everyone under the circumstances. Staff were friendly, most of them, at least. Place is right across the beach and they have lots of sun chair available. Definitely would recommend this place.

Lovely spacious rooms, very clean, all rooms had a sea view. Direct access to the beach and lovely beach bar. Food was fantastic the English sub is a must at breakfast. Wonderful family run hotel with friendly welcoming staff. We will be back next year!

我海滨房的景色很美，早上可以在沙滩和泳池边散步。餐厅的鸡尾酒很好喝，但食物一般。高个子女服务员调的朗姆潘趣酒最棒，服务也非常好。
海景还可以。服务一般，餐廳出品很慢，预订三天房间，分2次预订，转房时间太长，等了3个小时。游泳池下午6点就不让客人使用，
景色优美，房间非常干净，离很多餐馆和海滩都很近。

我以为这家酒店会像你发的照片那样，是海滩酒店。我们到得很晚，被带到了街对面的附属建筑。我们只租了一晚，怎么会需要厨房呢？房间破旧不堪，破烂不堪。外面区域是矮胖居民的后院——我以为预订的那条街对面，其实是海滩和泳池。我试着联系你，但没想到我的手机在那里用不了。我试着用iPad获取密码，但不知何故，直到我回家，我的邮件都无法加载。
酒店坐落在海滩上，这点我很喜欢，只是我住的房间的浴室不太好用，户外露台的家具也需要修理
