酒店设施很漂亮，景色也很美。餐厅的服务人员热情好客，工作也做得非常出色。酒店位于孔达多区中心，附近有很多很棒的餐厅，而且去老圣何塞也很方便，可以打车去。但是房间和服务却不太一样。我们带着儿子一起去的，所以我订了一间套房（算是奢侈一把）。房间本身很棒，但是却存在一系列的维修问题。电话打不通。桌子不平（我用一个厚楔子把它垫稳了）。窗帘杆也坏了。还有一些其他的小问题。我跟我们楼层的工作人员说了，他们说会修好。结果并没有修好。四天后，我碰巧遇到一位经理，他询问了我们的入住体验。我把情况告诉了他，他详细地做了记录。但什么也没发生。问题始终没有解决。我们预订的是管家服务。管家在我们入住四天后发短信说，如果有需要就联系他们。但我们之后再也没见过他/她。我觉得普通的房间应该就没问题了。但考虑到 Commodore 套房的宣传方式，这确实令人失望——我觉得在连锁酒店我们会得到更好的服务。

One of nicest wrll appointed places i have ever stayed. Employees on every level were absolutely awesome. From the room being well appointed to the dining being top notch every aspect was executed invredibly well. The pool attendants were great and ready at a moments notice not to mention so friendly. The two female wait staff went above and beyond. The bartenders in all reataurants were very attentive. The hotel also maintained an incredibly clean condition with no spots left unclean. Well done in every way. Will return with other family...

Amazing place , amazing staff.

My only gripe is the daily tariffs, they accumulate per day and must be paid at check out. We stayed 5 days 4nights , that added up to $297
