The first room they put us in, had cockroaches and pieces of the floor missing went to the front desk and was put in another room, which was OK

Poor management! Gave us a key to a room that someone else was already staying in so we walked in on them. I was mortified. When we finally were assigned the correct room the AC unit did not work and it was miserably hot!

You Get What You Pay For
The room was dirty and the toilet didn’t work. We had to continuously take the lid off to fix the stopper. Also we went to sleep and there were roaches crawling on our pillows. The only good thing about this place it was surprisingly quiet and in a good location for shopping areas and the airport. I won’t be booking this spot again unless they renovate the property.

Found Roaches in my room and wanted to cancel my reservation. The guy at the front desk gave me a dirty look when I told him I would like to cancel because of the roaches and he didn’t believe me. I showed him the photo I took of the roach I found within 5 minutes of being inside my room. He told me he was not going to cancel my reservation because I booked through ******* and there was nothing he could do. So I gave him my key and went to a knew hotel to stay. Would never stay at this place ever again, it was terrible customer service and room was not that clean and had roaches.
