Very to no help at all from staff, room was dirty and the floor in the room was dirty coming with a big party and the staff wanted to sit us separately in the restaurants.

Staff are amazing! The resort was great and I’m sure if all the amenities were opened I would have given it full stars. Disappointed that some areas were closed without any notice, as the construction closures only referenced to accommodations.
Buffet was good as were the restaurants. Nightlife seemed a bit quiet.

We had a great time at Grand Princess Sunset, the amenities were great (the buffet was a huge highlight--so many delicious options and amazing that they were open basically all day), the activities were super fun, all the staff were amazing and very kind too :) Will recommend to friends and family for sure!

We had an awesome time at this resort. The food was amazing with plenty of options. Lots of protein options ( my favorite was the cecina and the T-bone steak ) staff are friendly and extremely helpful and the entertainment was fabulous. I wound highly recommend this resort

整体而言，只能说还行。餐饮方面没亮点，有好几天都肚子疼，主题餐厅也乏善可陈。酒店设施很庞大，但工作人员不足。海滩跟照片完全不符，已经被海水侵蚀了，而且很不幸的是我入住期间海藻非常多，晚上捞起来的海藻，早上又被他们倒回海里，我觉得这种做法很愚蠢。员工们也都很冷漠，有的甚至看起来很不高兴。总的来说还可以，但我不会再来了。
酒店在施工，噪音巨大，他们也不愿意做任何补偿。出租车司机都是骗子，说实话这太糟糕了。
我和我丈夫来这里庆祝我的生日。这次住宿真是太棒了，非常放松。如果你想玩得尽兴，或者想带孩子一起，这里都能满足。我有点害怕那些浣熊，但它们很友好，我只是不太习惯它们。酒店里还有漂亮的鹿和蜥蜴。
一切都很棒，我们对服务很满意，我绝对会推荐这家酒店。
