I love this place, I was amazed how good the breakfast was for us. I am a very picky eater and my breakfast was never burnt and was cooked perfectly.
The reservations for the dinner restaurant was fast and easy by text message on WhatsApp. The only thing I did not like was the food at the dinner restaurant. The food did not meet my expectations. The vip restaurant called the Nest was beyond my expectations and love that restaurant. Love that it had day care for the kids while we eat Beach was beautiful and clean. No matter the situation the staff is always smiling and doing their best. No complaint against them. I would recommend this place again with VIP and the nest restaurant. I also want to mention the gym was very clean and the equipments doesn’t have rust like other resorts. This will be my go to resort

We truly enjoyed our stay at FS Kantenah. The location was wonderful & wasn’t overly crowded this time of year. The grounds are beautiful & we loved being within the mangrove trees throughout the resort. The staff was friendly & mostly helpful when we had an issue. The general service was nice throughout the resort.
We had a swim up suite & didn’t use it as much as expected because the FS pool wasn’t crowded at any point.
Also… the FS pool has to be one of the best designed pools we’ve ever used.
The service at this pool was also impeccable, thank you Lizbeth and Maria!!
We enjoyed all of our meals and the ice cream is wonderful. Just keep in mind that cooking styles vary between countries.
The let downs:
the junior club was a major disappointment in the evening. It should be geared towards 8-13 year olds because 15-19 year olds don’t want to go to a “pajama party”.
They do a great job with activities at the FS pool for kids age 6-12 & they should focus on that age group for the evening activities as well.
FS Kantenah, if you want suggestions, let me know.
The butlers were very nice & always helpful when they could quickly solve our problem. But, if the issue needed to be fixed the next day, the ball was dropped, especially if the butler was not the same person.
While picky, the rooms could benefit from some more humidity control. Everything always felt a bit “damp”. It would also help with overall room comfort.
We would certainly return again!!!

We are very glad that we choose the Family Selection package with the resort, everyone in the family enjoyed the time, the butler service is awesome, Ana and Erick are both very responsive and super helpful. We love the restaurant arrangement and the daily activities. My son refuse to cut-off the bracelet as he loves the place so much. We will definitely come back.

Our stay was great! The staff was so friendly an welcoming. The wildlife is incredible. Food was acceptable. Beach was rocky and the water was full of seaweed but I know that's beyond the control of the resort. There are some areas of the pool that's a little dingy and missing tiles. Our swim up suite was impeccable.
