Booked this hotel as we were visiting chester zoo. We chose it as it had a pool & would be ideal as we have kids. The hotel phoned 10 mins after booking the room and we asked would we have full use of the pool when we got there. So we arrived to be told the pool was out of use for today even though we had a phone call 90 mins before telling us we had full use. The hotel looked clean but had a smell like and older persons house and the decor was still in the 1940s. We had a rubbish nights sleep as some kind of commotion was going on in the room next to us. We got the vibe this place put people up that had been evicted and had nowhere else to stay. The guy must have left the room a million times during the night and everytime the door slammed shut the full room shook and with the bed attatched to the connecting wall to his door the full bed shook like a bomb had gone off. Would not reccomend staying here as it would be cheaper and would probably get a better nights kip sleeping in your car. Breakfast wasnt worth the money also

Please note that we are small privately run hotel with rooms available for paying guests such as yourself. In terms of the noisy guest alongside you, we do rely on all guests to respect the privacy of those staying in adjacent rooms and we do have a manager on site 24 hours a day who can be contacted to help.

员工很棒。但是酒店很旧了。游泳池看起来还行。
总的来说，这是一次愉快的体验。
从清洁度来看，整体还不错，但天花板角落和暖气片下面有不少蜘蛛网，看起来已经有一段时间了。
早餐还可以，不过我们一行人中有几位在早餐结束前10分钟到达时，已经没有果汁杯和装水果/麦片的碗了。虽然我知道快到结束时间了，但早餐服务仍然开放。另外，如果你喜欢咖啡，建议避开早餐提供的咖啡。
除了需要稍加修缮外，其他方面都非常热情好客。

酒店外观老旧，里面弥漫着霉味。我们被安排在7号房间，那是一间很大的双人间。地板吱吱作响，内部陈旧得令人难以置信。虽然水很热，但冷水龙头却滴滴答答地流，所以洗澡水要等很久才能凉下来。房间的视野开阔，可以看到员工宿舍，所以我们不得不拉上窗帘。健身房非常老旧，器械生锈，大部分都坏了，而且非常脏。使用起来很不安全。按摩浴缸坏了，游泳池冰冷刺骨。使用起来也不安全，即使我表达了我的担忧，他们也避之不及！！这家酒店需要清洁、维护和升级。我得付一大笔钱才能再住这里！！
