We went in late September so some of the restaurants were closed during slow season. The rooms are a bit dated. The resort pool is dated, tiles were all ripping off. We had access to the rose and sunset resorts which was nice. The gym facility at rose was fantastic.

Great location and good facilities. However limited dining on site was an issue. Rooms could definitely use some upgrading and a/c needs attention.
Staff was cordial but only a few actually friendly
Experience was good but didn’t meet the expectations we had from a previous stay a few years ago

We only get room upgrades after I complain that I wasn’t offered at check in thank to Expidia for that the resort is ok for the price but customer service is really bad they only nice to some people and also food here is bad in one night was all carbs and almost no protein but the location is awesome maybe without all inclusive be better option

The food is mediocre at best! Not listed when I booked but 2 of the restaurants were closed! My whole plate of breakfast was cold ! How does one screw up breakfast? That said the place is beautiful, one of few with a beach. The staff was excellent & the room lovely. I will never do all inconclusive again as the food is step above HS cafeteria & fro SYSCO.

Quality for the price was good. The room was comfortable though the air conditioning was hard to adjust. A couple of workers were friendly but most were not. The property is lovely but I felt uneasy with the swim under bridge over the pool which is in need of repair. Ocean view is amazing.
