We take these matters seriously and are taking steps to address the maintenance issues to ensure a better experience for future guests. I understand the difficulty of not being able to switch rooms, especially with your children’s needs in mind. Fortunately, the pest control experts that we employed to complete the thorough inspection following your complaint discovered no evidence of roaches in any of our rooms. However, each room were still treated with a pest heater for precaution. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve, and we hope to have the chance to provide you with a more enjoyable stay in the future.
