I expected more from this hotel, rooms are super basic, small and I for the price I thought it would have been much nicer. Friendly staff and nice food.

1 night stay in October 2024. Would expect far more in a hotel which claims to be a 4 star. Wellness centre accessible by stairs only, there is quite a hard access to an elevator, due to current works around the hotel probably. Receptionists could smile once a day at least, and should pay more attention to actual reservations - we have been charged for 1 dbl and 1 triple room, even if the change for 2 standard doubles has been confirmed; they did reimbourse the difference immediately, but they could spare an extra work. Minibars missing (room 641 does not have even the fridge). Toilet paper - single layer.... Hotel cosmetics and buffet breakfast - excellent.

We stayed here while attending a sports event. Rooms were spotless if a bit dated in appearance. Beds were very comfy. Great breakfast but strangely there was no restaurant or bar open at any other time during the day. The location is on the outskirts of the town and there are not that many places to eat nearby. We did find a bar called Carlos around the corner which served food. The staff there were very friendly and helpful but did not speak English. They asked one of their regular customers to translate which was fun :) There are tram stops just a few minutes away from the hotel that will get you into town.

This is a nice hotel, without special atmosphere, like any other decent one anywhere. Good breakfast, comfy beds. Nothing special to say about this hotel, very ordinary, very clean. A bit too far from Ostrava centre. Pleasant receptionists

We stayed in the hotel for 4 nights this July 2023 in time for the BFL festival. Here were a lot of peole but on reception was very fast check-in and very friendly and clever team. Room 426 was clean - good job from cleaner Lucy :) The beds were comfortable. Maybe some small fridge is missing here - I think that is normally in hotels. We looked forward to breakfast every day because the food was very delicious. Huge range - salt and sweet and all fresh, yummy. Eggs, pancakes, porridge, garlic soupe, yoghurt, vegetables, fruits, hams, cheese, desserts, nutella, peanut butter, much types of bakery products ... all what you need to eat. Great coffee and juice, teas Wonderful work all team in restaurant. Every day with a smile and friendly mood. Cleaning dishes from tables, additional foods and drinks. I was excited!! :) Very funny was the cat robot for collecting the dishes :D My feelings are very positive and not last visit in this hotel. I look forward to the next visit. 酒店位于奥斯特拉瓦市郊，但前往市中心交通便利，搭乘电车或步行一小时即可到达。房间干净整洁，但略显狭小，如果入住时间较长或携带大量行李，则不太理想。早餐提供各种国际美食，也包含当地特色菜肴，客房服务也由几位热情友好的女服务员负责。唯一的缺点是健身房，它位于大型健身区的一个隐蔽位置，而且设施简陋。如果您是健身爱好者，最好考虑选择当地的健身房进行日常锻炼。
