My first impression was that the staff were really nice and very helpful. They managed 2 customers who were being rude and impatient very professionally. The elevator was out of order which isn’t their fault. They did their job at informing everyone in a timely manner. I booked two rooms for this trip. Our rooms were ok, one bed did have what looked like dirt stains on the sheet and pillow, which we only noticed after pulling up the blankets. I was too tired to request a new set. I was traveling with teens, so of course they brought their gaming system. In one room, the TV didn’t work, it had “bad signal”, the other room did work, so we just switched rooms with each other. There were decent vending machine options and a heated indoor pool. I was looking forward to the hot tub, but that didn’t work either. I do like that the hotel is located near Target and 7/11 as well as Huckleberries. The breakfast was good! My family of 6 each was able to eat something tho their satisfaction and it was hot and fresh.
