This was a hidden gem to find for attending an OU game. Staff was friendly and facilities were nice with included breakfast.

I was disappointed the fitness facilities were shutdown one morning for an event, it's one of the things that attracted me to the hotel. without that its king of expensive for the location and facilities

Well won't be back here. We had an issue and were not going to make first night so called and spoke to front desk and explained would be there for second night. Staff acted like could cancel for fee but keep next night. Called day of first night around 1pm. Ended up checking in for second night. Got to room and tv didnt work it was late so dealt with it and with the vent blowing directly on our faces every 10 minutes when it would click on and off. Anyhow get the bill not only did they charge us for the Friday night but bumped it up with a no show charge. Ridiculous! Anyhow dont usually review but this one deserved a few minutes of my time. Here is copy of my bill.

The property is very nice with a great workout facility, pool, expansive common area, and a fantastic breakfast buffet, but what makes this place truly great is the staff!! Hard-working and always smiling and happy to help resolve any issues describes every person with whom we came in contact, including the entire team working the breakfast buffet both days - every item was fresh and replenished, and hot items were hot and cold were cold. Of particular note was the young lady working the very late night from desk service - she couldn’t have been more friendly and “on it” when we needed to replace a lost key, and finding what we needed from their small convenience store on property. Just outstanding!

Breakfast was great... Large variety. 2 of the 3 elevators were broken. Was a 30 minute wait to go to our room. No blanket on bed. Water pressure was wonderful.

Reserved an airport shuttle for my departure flight, staff was unable to secure and failed to notify me. They called the room- instead of calling my cellphone or slipping a note under the door. They also can’t be bothered to provide a bottle of water with the room. Awful - would not recommend it

The breakfast was great as usual. We have booked this hotel several times, but this time, I booked a different room and could not sleep. The mattress was too hard, I found a dead bug in the sheets and the tv and room were quite small. If I book again, it will be the larger rooms with the newer beds. This was definitely not one of their renovated rooms.
